All actions have a specific 'Execution order', and each round has a 'Player order'.
The 'Player order' is shown on the right (top player goes first, bottom player goes last). At the end of each round each player moves up in the 'Player order' and the first player moves to the last position.
When the game simulates, the round it executes the actions as follows:
'A' actions from player 1, then player 2
'B' actions from player 1, then player 2
'C' actions from player 1, then player 2
... and so forth until all actions are executed
