How can I back up my account and save my progress?

To save your progress or to open your account in different devices, you can link your account to Google, Apple, or to an Email address by going to Settings > Account > Link account. You can link the same account with more than one method at the same time.

How can I play Wartime Glory in my PC?

You can download Wartime Glory for Windows or Mac by clicking on the respective buttons at the home page of this website, or in the following links:

How can I play on the PC version with my mobile account?

To play on the PC version with your mobile account, first link the mobile account to an email. To link an email do the following steps on the app:

1) Go to the Settings section and tap on Sign in with email.

2) Write your email in the "Register" tab and type a password (don't forget it and don't set it to 111111). Confirm.

3)You'll receive an email with a link. Click on the link.

4) Go back to the game and now open the "Log in" tab. Type the email and password. Confirm.

On the PC / Mac version: In the "Login tab" use the email and password you wrote in the previous step 2.

How do I open my account in another device?

Link your account with Google, Apple, or an Email address on your first device by going to Settings > Account > Link account, then open it on your second device by going to Settings > Account > Change account.

Please note: To open your account on PC, you have to link it to an email by going to Settings > Account > Sign in with Email and follow the instructions, since it won't automatically use the email associated to your Apple or Google account.

I lost all my progress after updating the app, changing my phone, or for another reason. Can I recover it?

If your account was linked to Google, Apple, or an Email address, you can recover it by going to Settings > Account > Change account. You have to be logged in to the same Google or Apple account in the device that you're using to be able to connect to your account.

If your account was not linked, or you are still having problems to log in, please create a new account and contact us through the in-game support service.

How do I contact the support service?

You can contact us through the in-game support service in the Chat section of the game.

How do I change my name, avatar, or skin?

Go to your profile to change your name, avatar, and flag by clicking on each Edit button. Click on the avatar in the upper left corner of the Home screen to open your profile.

To change your color and faction, click on Customization in the Home screen.

I bought a new skin, avatar, color, or frame in the shop. How do I apply it?

Once you buy a new item in the shop, you will find the new items in your profile and customization section, where you can apply them. You can find your profile by clicking on the avatar in the center of the home screen.If you don’t see the items right away, please close and reopen the app.
